The Lusitano is the oldest saddle horse in the world. Historians claim that about 4000BC people used these horses for hunting, work and war. Such was my thought as I gazed deep into the Forest this Autumnal morning sitting astride Tetuã, one such Pure-bred Lusitano, whose breeding goes back for very many generations.
